Great place with large assortment of good kitchen food for both breakfast/lunch. Dog-friendly patio perfect for warm days. They also offer Turkey Patty's as substitute for beek. Great place. I'll be back.

The best thing about this morning was José. He was friendly and attentive. Great service! The California Spuds didn’t come well done, but next time I’ll be more specific and say “crispy.” They were pretty soft. Nice morning and good coffee.

I've been there a number of times and we have always paid in cash. Today however used a credit card. Patron be ware: they add 20% gratuity to a credit card used to settle the bill. Very disturbing for a nagging of reasons: 1- The sure charge not listed on menu. 2- It is not fine dining. 3- That is simple to correct with the service they use to close their credit card batches.

Breakfast is a must at this place cute for brunch .... food is not that expensive you can eat outside ... my baby niece and nephew loved it here #eggsetc #longbeach

We came down for a cruise and wanted something quick and easy. This was perfect. Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. Will definitely make another trip back here.

I had the french toasts and they were pretty tasty. My boyfriend had the omelette and he also enjoyed it. The portions were also good for the price.

Staying with my family in Long Beach for a funeral. While they went to work, I decided to walk somewhere for some breakfast. This place wasn't far from my aunt's apartment so I said what the hell. I was seated very quickly and my server, Tanaya, took my order shortly after that. Service was very prompt and my food was very delicious. I ordered the Rancho Omelette. It was quite tasty. My only minor complaint was that the gravy for the biscuit didn't have enough seasoning. But I chalk that up not to poor preparation but rather just different sensibilities. You have to serve this food to everyone, so it shouldn't be too salted. Plus I'm from Kentucky and biscuits and gravy are prepared a little differently there. The restaurant is very cozy and they have pictures of various Long Beach landmarks. All in all, a very good restaurant. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stop by.

Every time I try to call and place an order they never pick up and the time they did I was on “ hold “ for almost 10 min and I can still hear them in the background until I clicked, tried calling back and no answer I’m over 20 min away and I just want my food ready so I can just pay and leave. Over all the food is good.

We had to wait outside withbou 90 + yr old Mother over 20 min.We have had good service prior. Food usually good. However, this day... Service not so good. We left.

This place might be a little small, but it's truly worth the experience. The breakfast bursting with flavors and delights this is truly the only place that knows how to serve tea. Not always restaurant know what tea to sever its customers. Thanks to our waiting staff and cooks for making our morning wonderful.

We are "regulars". Makes it a nice feeling to walk in and they already know my order but the, "hows the kids.. parents... dogs?" This place can get packed during the week days, and li g drawn out conversations with each and every table will firce you to order to go. Ive done it many times cause you can NOT find California Spuds like these ANYWHERE!!

Wait was short, for a Sunday morning, maybe 10 minutes for a table for 4 around 10am. Waitress had personality and was very friendly. Everyone working was attentive and courteous. Food was good and not unreasonably priced. They had a section for healthier options and also choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Not a lot of parking on-site, but there is plenty of parking within a block of the building. Would definitely go again.

Well, reviews were great, the staff is very friendly. They apparently are being played with by their credit card processor. So, they’re currently cash only, I wasn’t warned on the call. So, went off walking to find an atm, had no luck, called them back with the situation and they did them accept my card. Was then greeted with now cold food. The waffles are decent at best, the sausage is highly disappointing, had the texture of being microwaved. Along with the experience in general this am getting breakfast there I was less than stoked to say the least.

I really enjoyed this restaurant for breakfast. Have only been in town for 12 days and have eaten here 4 times. It is small but has a nice menu selection. We had the granola and fruit pancake...yummy!

I really enjoy this place. The environment and atmosphere is superb. The dishes I had are delicious to say the least and the staff are very polite and attentive. They take care of you and welcome you into their work space as if you are friends of the family. As soon as we entered there wasnt a wasted second of introduction or welcome greetings... sat us at a table for two. Our drinks in a timely manner, food arrived shortly after. As ordered.. like I mentioned this is a favorite spot of dining for me.

Had the chorizo and eggs with corn tortillas and home fries. The chorizo and egg scramble was blended in a tasty ratio: equal amounts of egg and chorizo throughout each bite. Selected the home fries which I found to be a perfect mix of creamy centers and crunchy exterior. No onions or bell peppers to detract from that potato-goodness. And the coffee is nice and bold! Was unable to finish my second mug so my server gave me a take out cup and topped it off. Great way to start the day.

Good breakfast food walking distance from my place. Everything was cooked perfectly and the wait staff made sure we were well taken care of. All around they deserve 5 stars.

Food is delicious and priced right! I had the pancake combo for $10 2 pancakes 2 eggs and 2 meats and the coffee was great! We were seated right away and service was great!

You know breakfast is the best meal of the day. Well Eggs Ect is the place, everything is homemade jams, salsa, sausage gravy and orange juice. You can taste the freshness plus the atmosphere is cozy with a flare. My husband and I are on weekend get a way. Thank goodness for Google. Enjoyed breakfast three days in a row. Y’all won’t be disappointed.

Average place, nothing physical stands out but the service is GREAT! The food is great and good size. We ordered an omelette and the "fruit cake" pancakes. All of it was scrumptious!!! It takes a little longer than most places I go to but it was all worth it. Finally a place that serves you a good size cup of coffee. My cup was never less than half full. Great job to the crew!

We stopped here for breakfast on the recommendation of our hotel. The food is fabulous, and the restaurant has a friendly welcoming atmosphere. It's a quaint little corner neighborhood restaurant, where everyone knows each other. The decor is small, colorful and comfortable Shannon was our waitress and she was friendly, kind and wonderful. I wish we had more time to visit the restaurant again, but I would recommend it to anyone visiting Long Beach,Ca.
